The AAMA Readiness Lab provides a neutral platform to help regions and communities understand what Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) could mean for them, before making major investments. Through customized, hands-on workshops, we bring together MPOs & TPOs, DOTs, local governments, technology providers, and community stakeholders to explore local priorities, potential benefits, and readiness gaps.

The Readiness Lab accelerates ecosystem readiness by creating a structured, collaborative environment where agencies, communities, and innovators build a shared understanding of what readiness looks like in their region. As the first step toward sustainable, scalable AAM implementation, the Lab helps communities make informed, confident decisions about AAM integration, grounded in local context, rather than hype.
